Cancellation & Refund Policy (C&R)

1. Acceptance of C&R

When you confirm a reservation with Ozean Luxe Charters you accept these C&R on behalf of every guest in your party.

2. Services & Providers

 
– Scope

We arrange private yachts, jets, chauffeured vehicles and concierge experiences across Cabo, Costa Palmas, La Paz and Loreto.

– Partners

Certain segments are fulfilled by vetted third-party crews or operators who meet our safety and service standards.

3. Reservations & Payments

 
– Deposits

A 50 % deposit secures your slot. Balances are due 14 days before departure.

– Payment Processing

All card transactions are processed through Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant platform.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 48+ hours prior: full refund minus 3 % admin fee.

  • <48 hours: NON-REFUNDABLE, but one-time date change allowed (subject to availability).

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate passenger data, observe crew instructions, and carry valid immigration documents.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

We are not liable for weather, governmental acts, or events beyond reasonable control. Where possible we will offer re-scheduling.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of, in the US; Santa Monica (CA), Wilmington (DE); in Mexico; Baja California Sur (BCS). Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of California, Delaware, and Baja California Sur, respectively.
