Booking Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. Acceptance of T&C

When you confirm a reservation with Ozean Luxe Charters you accept these T&C on behalf of every guest in your party.

We arrange private yachts, jets, chauffeured vehicles and concierge experiences across Cabo, Costa Palmas, La Paz and Loreto.

Certain segments are fulfilled by vetted third-party crews or operators who meet our safety and service standards.

A 50 % deposit secures your slot. Balances are due 14 days before departure.

All card transactions are processed through Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant platform.

48+ hours prior: full refund minus 3 % admin fee.
<48 hours: NON-REFUNDABLE, but one-time date change allowed (subject to availability).

Provide accurate passenger data, observe crew instructions, and carry valid immigration documents.

We are not liable for weather, governmental acts, or events beyond reasonable control. Where possible we will offer re-scheduling.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Baja California Sur, México. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Los Cabos.
